RE-OPENING

We wish to joyfully announce that per Bishop Hoeppner's directive, SACRED HEART OF WILTON WILL RE-OPEN ON PENTECOST SUNDAY, May 31 with Mass at 9am. With the re-opening of Sacred Heart, there are some criteria that must be followed:

- We can only utilize 1/3 of the Church's seating capacity. You are asked to sit in the designated pews observing the open pews between them to ensure at least six feet distancing between persons/families.

- Pew/chairs will be sanitized after each Mass and hand sanitizer will be made available (feel free to bring your own).

- Everyone is asked to wear a mask!

- Only the Eucharist in the form of Bread will be distributed. There will be no communion procession; the Ministers will move through the pews bringing Holy Communion to you.

- There will be No holding hands during the "Our Father" and No physical Sign of Peace.

- Receiving communion in the hand is encouraged. Hymnals cannot be used.

- The obligation to celebrate Sunday Mass remains lifted; Vulnerable people should seriously consider not coming and if you have any of the common symptoms (fever, cough, body aches, etc.), if you have traveled out of state or country, or have been in contact with anyone known to have Covid-19, please refrain from attending Mass.

At the direction of the Bishops of Minnesota, these directives are to be strictly followed. We pray we can count on you to cooperate!
